COVER DRIVERS. Upon request, the Company will provide the Local Union with accurate daily dispatch logs in order to monitor com- pliance with this Section. The rate of pay for cover drivers shall be as follows: Start Rate 70% of prevailing package car driver top rate of pay as of the date(s) negotiated for each general wage increase in the National Master Agreement August 1st of each suc- ceeding year. Cover Driver 75% of prevailing package car driver top rate seniority plus of pay as of the date(s) negotiated for each six (6) months general wage increase in the National Master Agreement August 1st of each suc- ceeding year.
