Covenants Without Notice. The Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement on its part to be observed or performed which is set forth in Section 5.01, 5.02, 5.09, 5.10, 5.12, 5.13, 5.14 or 5.15;
Covenants Without Notice. Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in Sections 6.07, 6.08, 6.11, and Article VII;

Covenants Without Notice. Intermet shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in Sections 6.07(f), 6.08, 6.11, 7.01 through 7.07, 7.09 through 7.12;

Borrower shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement (i) contained in Section 7.09 and, if capable of being remedied, such failure shall remain unremedied for fifteen (15) days after the earlier of (A) an Executive Officer's obtaining knowledge thereof, (ii) contained in Section 7.05 and, if capable of being remedied, such failure shall remain unremedied for ten (10) days after the earlier of (A) an Executive Officer's obtaining knowledge thereof, or (B) written notice thereof shall have been given to Borrower by any Agent or any Lender, or (iii) contained in Sections 2.01(b), 6.01, 6.05, 6.07(e), 6.08, or 7.03.
Covenants Without Notice. The Company shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in Subsections 5.01(e), (g) and (i), Section 5.03 or Section 5.04 (other than Subsections 5.04(b)(iii)-(v) hereof).
Covenants Without Notice. Any of the Borrowers shall fail to observe or perform any covenant or agreement contained in Article 4, Section 6.1, Section 6.5, Section 6.7, Section 6.10 or Article 7.
