Covenants Other Agreements. Until the Closing Date (unless provided otherwise herein), each of Parent, Acquisition Sub, the Company and the Larger Stockholders (as to Sections 8.26 and 8.27 only) agree that they shall act, or refrain from acting where so required, to comply with the provisions of this Article 8.
