Common use of Covenants of the Transferor Clause in Contracts

Covenants of the Transferor. During the term of this Agreement, and until (i) the Aggregate Invested Amount is reduced to zero, (ii) the Investor Certificateholders shall have received all accrued interest and all accrued discount on the applicable Certificates, (iii) all amounts owed by the Transferor pursuant to this Agreement have been paid and (iv) all commitments of the Investor Certificateholders (if any) to provide funding have terminated, the Transferor covenants and agrees as follows:
