COVENANTS OF THE MORTGAGES TRUSTEE. Save with the prior written consent of or at the direction of the Beneficiaries or as provided in or envisaged by this Deed and/or the other Transaction Documents, the Mortgages Trustee shall not, so long as it is acting as Mortgages Trustee hereunder:

COVENANTS OF THE MORTGAGES TRUSTEE. 16.5 Subject to Clause 16.2 (Directions from Beneficiaries) the Mortgages Trustee covenants with each of the Seller and the Issuer to exercise all of its rights arising under or in respect of the Trust Property (including without limitation any rights of enforcement) for the benefit of and on behalf of the Beneficiaries.
