Common use of Covenants Against Competition Clause in Contracts

Covenants Against Competition. The Executive acknowledges that as of the execution of this Employment Agreement (i) the Company is engaged in the business of providing sales and marketing and marketing research services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries (the "Business"); (ii) the Company's Business is conducted currently throughout the United States and may be expanded to other locations; (iii) his employment with the Company will have given him access to confidential information concerning the Company; and (iv) the agreements and covenants contained in this Agreement are essential to protect the business and goodwill of the Company. Accordingly, the Executive covenants and agrees as follows:

Covenants Against Competition. Accordingly, the Executive covenants and agrees as follows:

The Executive acknowledges that as of the execution of this Employment Agreement (i) the Company is engaged in the business of providing sales shopping center and marketing other retail project acquisition, operation and marketing research services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries development (the "Business"); (ii) the Company's Business is conducted currently in various markets throughout the United States and may be expanded to other locationsStates; (iii) his employment with the Company will have given him access to confidential information concerning the Company; and (iv) the agreements and covenants contained in this Agreement are essential to protect the business and goodwill of the Company. Accordingly, the Executive covenants and agrees as follows:

(i) The Executive acknowledges that as of the execution of this Employment Agreement (i) the Company is engaged in (A) the business of providing sales sale, distribution and marketing of batteries, inverters, chargers and marketing research other portable power supply products and accessories thereto, and related products and products and components used in security systems and (B) in providing third party logistics services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries (the "“Business"”); (ii) the Company's ’s Business is conducted currently throughout the United States and may be expanded to other locations; (iii) his employment with the Company will have given him access to confidential information concerning the Company; and (iv) the agreements and covenants contained in this Agreement are essential to protect the business and goodwill of the Company. Accordingly, the Executive covenants and agrees as follows:
