Common use of Covenant Clause in Contracts

Covenant. The Current Issuer covenants with the Note Trustee that it will comply with and perform and observe all the provisions of these presents, the Current Issuer Notes (including the Current Issuer Conditions), the Current Issuer Deed of Charge, the Current Issuer Paying Agent and Agent Bank Agreement, and the documents executed pursuant thereto and the other Current Issuer Transaction Documents. The Current Issuer Conditions shall be binding on the Current Issuer, the Noteholders, the Note Trustee and all persons claiming through or under any of them. The Current Issuer Notes are subject to the provisions of these presents, all of which shall be binding on the Current Issuer, the Noteholders, the Note Trustee and all persons claiming through or under any of them.
