Common use of COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE Clause in Contracts

COVENANT FOR SALE AND PURCHASE. The Promoter/Transferor agrees to sell and the Allottee/Transferee agrees to purchase the Plot on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, subject to Allottee/Transferee: (i) agreeing to pay within due dates the Other Charges and Deposits specified in Schedule 4 herein from time to time; (ii) agreeing to pay within due dates the Common Expenses specified in Schedule 5 herein from time to time; (iii) agreeing to abide by and adhere to the Common Rules specified in Schedule 6 herein from time to time; and (iv) agreeing to abide by, observe and perform the specific covenants, stipulations, restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement;
