Common use of Covenant Default Clause in Contracts

Covenant Default. (a) If a Borrower fails to perform any obligation under Article 6 (other than Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.5, or 6.11(a)) or violates any of the covenants contained in Article 7 of this Agreement; or

(a) If a Borrower fails to perform any obligation under Article 6 (other than Sections 6.1, 6.26.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 6.10, 6.11, or 6.11(a)) 6.12 or violates any of the covenants contained in Article 7 of this Agreement, Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to Section 6.11 only, it shall not be an Event of Default under this Section 8.2(a) if the Borrower is not in compliance with such Section provided the Borrower is in compliance with Section 6.12 of this Agreement; or

Covenant Default. (a) If a Borrower fails to perform any obligation under Article 6 (other than Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.5, 6.6 or 6.11(a)) 6.7 or violates any of the covenants contained in Article 7 of this Agreement; or
