Common use of Covenant Compliance Clause in Contracts

Covenant Compliance. Each Subsidiary Guarantor agrees to comply with each of the covenants contained herein and in the Note Purchase Agreement that imposes or purports to impose, by reference to such Subsidiary Guarantor, express or otherwise, through agreements with the Company, restrictions or obligations on such Subsidiary Guarantor.

Covenant Compliance.
