Common use of COURTESY BLOCK TERMS Clause in Contracts

COURTESY BLOCK TERMS. Hotel is holding the Sleeping Rooms outlined above until the Cutoff Date as a courtesy to the Group. Hotel will periodically review the number of reservations made by the Group’s guests prior to Cutoff Date to anticipate the likelihood of Groups utilization of all Sleeping Rooms. Hotel may at its sole discretion decrease the number of Sleeping Rooms. Hotel will notify Group in advance if it is going to release Group’s Sleeping Rooms. If Group wants to continue holding the Sleeping Rooms, Group will be required to enter into a formal agreement with Hotel, which will include liability for cancellation and attrition fees.
