Common use of Court Settlement Clause in Contracts

Court Settlement. If a dispute arises in relation to the application of this Data Processing Agreement, the Parties undertake to meet to settle it as soon as possible. In the event that the Parties fail to reach an agreement within two (2) months, they shall jointly appoint a mediator. The costs of the mediation will be borne equally by the two Parties.
