Common use of Court Security Clause in Contracts

Court Security. (a) The normal hours of work for each member of the Court Security staff, shall be a tour of eight (8) consecutive hours per day for a total of forty (40) hours per week. (b) A normal work week shall be Monday to Friday, with Saturday and Sunday as regular days off during each week. The exception shall be a week where a Statutory Holiday is included, in which case the Statutory Holiday shall be considered an additional day off. (c) The normal hours of work shall be Monday to Friday as follows: 1st Tour 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours 2nd Tour 09:00 hours to 17:00 hours as set out in Schedule "B" annexed hereto. (d) The normal hours of work for the Court Security Supervisor shall be Monday to Friday 08:00 hours to 16:00 hours. (e) Rotating tours shall be so scheduled that a Court Security member assigned to such tours shall regularly rotate from one to another, so that an equal time will be spent by the Court Security member on each tour. However, a Court Security member may spend more time on one tour than another, upon mutual agreement between the member and the Chief of Police of his designate.
