Common use of Court Orders Clause in Contracts

Court Orders. Each Party may also disclose the Confidential Information of the other Party or Project Confidential Information, without such other Party's prior written consent, pursuant to an order of a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction, provided that it promptly notifies the other Party of the required disclosure in order to provide such Party an opportunity to take legal action to prevent or limit such disclosure and, if asked, reasonably assists the other Party in pursuing such action.
