Common use of Court Leave Clause in Contracts

Court Leave. Paid leave shall be granted to any employee required to be a witness or juror by any body in Canada with powers of subpoena. The employee shall notify the senior academic officer immediately upon his/her receipt of notification that the employee will be required to attend court and present proof of service requiring attendance.
