Common use of Coupons and Talons Clause in Contracts

Coupons and Talons. Interest-bearing definitive Bearer Notes have attached thereto, at the time of their initial delivery, coupons (“Coupons”), presentation of which will be a prerequisite to the payment of interest save in certain circumstances specified herein. In addition, such Notes may have attached thereto, at the time of their initial delivery, a talon (“Talon”) for further coupons and the expression “Coupons” shall, where the context so requires, include Talons.
