Common use of County Personnel Clause in Contracts

County Personnel. All County personnel assigned to this Agreement shall be under the exclusive supervision of County. Contractor understands and agrees that all such County personnel are assigned only for the convenience of County.

Contractor hereby represents that its price, Project Schedule, Project Work Plan and performance hereunder are based solely on the work of Contractor’s or any one of County approved subcontractor’s personnel, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement.
