County Infrastructure Definitions. (a) “e-RTG Infrastructure” Defined. The e-RTG Infrastructure is the infrastructure specifically depicted and described in the Infrastructure Plans and Specifications, which are the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ 2018 Bid Set Plans entitled SFCT – Cargo Yard Densification (eRTGs) Phase 1, Project No. 2017-34, which the Operator has reviewed and approved. Such infrastructure consists of e-RTG runways and turning pads, e-RTG high wind/storm and associated foundations in compliance with applicable law, pavement, pavement marking and signs, grading and drainage needed for runways only, reefer rack structure and foundations, and relocation and addition of high mast lights fencing. Additionally, as part of the e-RTG Infrastructure the County shall provide infrastructure capable of delivering sufficient electric power to run at least twelve (12) e-RTGs. The County agrees that it will not, absent the Operator’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, change, alter, or amend the Infrastructure Plans and Specifications. The e-RTG Infrastructure specifically excludes the e-RTG Equipment (and any necessary terminal operating system or other software) and the Bus Bars (which are discussed separately under Section 3.2.1(b) of this Amendment).
