Counterparts and Execution. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original Agreement, and all of which shall constitute one Agreement, by each of the parties hereto on the dates respectively indicated in the signatures of said parties, notwithstanding that all of the parties are not signatories to the original or to the same counterpart, to be effective as of the day and year hereinabove set forth.
