Common use of Counterpart and Facsimile Clause in Contracts

Counterpart and Facsimile. This Agreement may be signed in separate counterparts, with each counterpart having the full force and effect of an original. Any signature to this Agreement shall be deemed an original signature even if the signature is transmitted by facsimile or is an electronic/digital signature. Any electronic signature must be captured using secure software, such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, or HelloSign.
