Counterfeiting. 4.7.1. GW shall notify NOVARTIS immediately in writing of any known incident or any suspicion of counterfeit Product and shall provide support in any necessary investigation requested by NOVARTIS. 4.7.2. NOVARTIS shall notify GW immediately (within twenty-four (24)) hours in writing of any known incident or any suspicion of counterfeit Product and shall provide support in any necessary investigation requested by GW.
