Counsel for the Trustee. In connection with Indemnified Claims, the Trustee shall have the right to select one counsel of its choosing, with such counsel to be have relevant experience in corporate law and reputable and nationally recognized in the United States of America or regionally recognized in New York City, subject to the receipt of the consent of the Company with respect to the Trustee’s proposed selection of such counsel (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld).
