Cots. COTS and COTS licenses may only be used in conjunction with the Product and not separately. If COTS have not been ordered in the Purchase Order, then they will be purchased separately by You, at Your expense and You shall be solely responsible the maintenance, proper functioning and any other issues arising from the purchased COTS.
