Costs for Preparing. EVMWD will not compensate any Respondent for the cost of preparing any Proposal, and all materials submitted with a Proposal shall become the property of EVMWD. EVMWD will retain all Proposals submitted and may use any idea in a Proposal regardless of whether that Proposal is selected.

  • Fees for Services The compensation of the Subadviser for its services under this Agreement shall be calculated and paid by the Adviser in accordance with the attached Schedule C.
