Costs and Expenses of Collection. The Guarantor agrees, as principal -------------------------------- obligor and not as a guarantor only, to pay to HRP forthwith upon demand, in immediately available funds, all costs and expenses (including, without limitation, all court costs and all fees and disbursements of counsel to HRP) incurred or expended by HRP in connection with the enforcement of this Guaranty, together with interest on amounts recoverable under this Guaranty from the time such amounts become due until payment at the Default Rate. The Guarantor's covenants and agreements set forth in this Section 3 shall survive the --------- termination of this Guaranty.
