Cost-Reduction Incentive Program. Contractor may submit to Authority, without limit as to number or frequency, proposals for modifying plans, specifications, or other requirements of the Agreement for the purpose of reducing the total cost of the Agreement. If Authority is interested in a proposal, Contractor and Authority may negotiate a cost-reduction incentive program respecting the proposal.
