COST RECORDS. 19.3.1 In all claims for changes to the Contract Sum or Guaranteed Maximum Price, the Construction Manager shall keep a correct accounting of the extra costs, in such reasonable form as the Principal Representative may require, and shall present such account, supported by receipts. The Principal Representative shall be entitled to reject any claim for extra costs if such documentation is not provided.
