Cost of Preparation of Bid 6.1 The Bidder shall bear all costs related to the preparation and/or submission of the Bid, regardless of whether its Bid is selected or not. UNDP shall not be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the conduct or outcome of the procurement process.
Cost of Preparation. All costs associated with the preparation, development and submission of bids or proposals and/or protests arising therefrom, in response to solicitations issued on behalf of the State, shall be the Vendor’s sole responsibility. The State will not reimburse any Vendor for such costs.
