COST OF INTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES. The DISTRICT agrees to compensate the INTERAL AUDITOR in the amount of six thousand two hundred dollars ($6,300.00) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016. An invoice will be issued by the INTERNAL AUDITOR to the DISTRICT after issuance of the final internal audit report and presentation to the Board of Education. Payment will be due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.
