Common use of CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS Clause in Contracts

CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS. 8.01 (a) All correspondence between the parties hereto arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Superintendent – Human Resources and Administrative Services and the Chairperson of the Durham Catholic District School Board Unit of CUPE with a copy to the Superintendent - Facilities Services and to the Recording Secretary of the Local Union.

CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS. 8.01 (a) All correspondence between the parties hereto arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Assistant Superintendent – Human Resources and Administrative Services and the Chairperson of the Durham Catholic District School Board Unit of CUPE with a copy to the Superintendent - Facilities Services and to the Recording Secretary of the Local UnionUnion and a copy to the respective Principal.

CORRESPONDENCE AND COMMUNICATIONS. 8.01 (a) All correspondence between the parties hereto arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto shall pass to and from the Superintendent – Human Resources and Administrative Services Manager and the Chairperson of the Durham Catholic District School Board Unit of CUPE with a copy copies sent to the Superintendent - Facilities Services Controller of Plant and to the Recording Secretary of the Local Union.
