Corrective Discipline. Corrective and disciplinary action is designed to provide a fair and structured way for employees to improve their job performances and/or behaviors which do not meet the standards or demands of their positions, and to provide a system for fair and equitable treatment of all employees. 1. The District will, through a corrective discipline system, give employees an opportunity to improve their job performances and/or behaviors which do not meet the standards or demands of their positions. The goal of the corrective discipline system is to correct or improve unsatisfactory performance/behavior and the measures utilized will commensurate with the deficiency to be corrected. 2.
