Corrective Action/Provider Accountability Clause Samples
The Corrective Action/Provider Accountability clause establishes procedures for addressing instances where a service provider fails to meet contractual obligations or performance standards. Typically, this clause outlines steps such as issuing formal notices of deficiency, requiring the provider to submit and implement a corrective action plan, and setting deadlines for improvement. Its core function is to ensure that providers are held accountable for their performance and to provide a structured process for remedying issues before more severe actions, such as termination, are considered.
