Common use of Corrective Action Plans Clause in Contracts

Corrective Action Plans. The Governing Body of the School shall be responsible for performing the duties in Section 1002.345, Florida Statutes, including implementation of a Corrective Action Plan (“CAP”). The School and Sponsor shall work collaboratively to develop a CAP in accordance with Section 1002.345, Florida Statutes, and Section 6A-1.0081, Florida Administrative Code. If the School and Sponsor cannot agree on a CAP, then each will submit their own proposed CAP to the Commissioner of Education. The School and Sponsor’s Financial Recovery Committee will conduct meetings on an as needed basis as determined by the Sponsor to monitor progress upon any Corrective Action Plan. The Sponsor may choose to non-renew or terminate this Charter if the School fails to correct the deficiencies in a Corrective Action Plan within one (1) year pursuant to Section 1002.345(5), Florida Statutes.
