Common use of Corrective Action and Notice Clause in Contracts

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider PTV Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider PTV of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If In the event Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.34.10, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Bundled Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider TruQC of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3clause 3.3 or 6.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials Service and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider Supplier of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1 (Use Restrictions), Customer shall, shall and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Hosting Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized accessCribMaster Materials); and (b) notify Provider CribMaster of any such actual or threatened activity.

If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider HP Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) immediately notify Provider HP of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.2, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.344, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider OriTrust Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider OriTrust of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.34.2, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider within 48 hours of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33, Customer shall, and shall cause its Customer’s Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider 5thPort Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider 5thPort of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.36.3 above, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Dealer360 Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.and

If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users and Representatives to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective and reasonable control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services SaaS Service and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful hereto measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.4, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Customer Users toor End Users, as the case may be, to immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider HEALTHeNET Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider HEALTHeNET of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider LI-COR Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider LI-COR of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section clause 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Authorised Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized unauthorised access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized accessServices); and (b) notify Provider Hudl of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If In the event Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.34.10, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Bundled Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider TRU of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer and End User becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer and End User shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services Service and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) immediately notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.activity.‌

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider RigNet Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider RigNet of any such actual or threatened activity.

If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section clause 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Authorised Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized unauthorised access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized accessServices); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.and

If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Macromicro Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider Macromicro of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened acts or activity prohibited by Section 3.3this Section, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (ai) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary helpful to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Macorva Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (bii) notify Provider Macorva of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.4, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control of Customer and its Authorized Users that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its the effects of such activity (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Service Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their Authorized Users’ systems and destroying any data to which any of them the Authorized Users have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Service Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider Viasat of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.3, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized accessServices); and (b) notify Provider Hudl of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Authorized‌ Users to, immediately: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider of any such actual or threatened activity.

Corrective Action and Notice. If Customer becomes aware of any actual or threatened activity prohibited by Section 3.33.1, Customer shall, and shall cause its Authorized Users to, immediatelypromptly: (a) take all reasonable and lawful measures within their respective control that are necessary to stop the activity or threatened activity and to mitigate its effects (including, where applicable, by discontinuing and preventing any unauthorized access to the Services and Provider LTSE Materials and permanently erasing from their systems and destroying any data to which any of them have gained unauthorized access); and (b) notify Provider LTSE of any such actual or threatened activity.
