Correction of Dates Sample Clauses

Correction of Dates. In Section 5D(iii) of the Agreement, the date “September 30” is corrected to “December 31.” In Sections 5A(iii), 5D(iii), and 7B(i) of the Agreement, the date “October 15” is corrected to “January 15.” The provisions of this Section 5 relating to the correction of dates shall survive termination of this Amendment for any reason.
