Corral. Corral will oversee and pay for all costs associated with the construction of a factory in Guatemala. The Parties hereto agree that for the purposes of this Agreement those costs shall have a deemed value equal to $100,000 (USD) and for which Corral will receive 30% of the common shares in Sollen Guatemala on Closing.

Corral. This is the 6 character name of the Corral as displayed on the EZ3500 Indicator and/or Remote. Number of Animals – Enter the number of animals in the corral. Description – Enter the full description of the Recipe. Each Corral can be fed 4 times per day. To Select the Recipe to feed, click on the Down Arrow under the Recipe heading. This will display a drop-down menu of the Recipes entered. Click on the Recipe to feed. This will automatically input the Feed Call by multiplieing the Actual Wt./Head by the number of animals entered. Repeat as required for each feeding. When complete, Click Save to save your entries.

To change the Recipe fed, use the <<< Previous and Next >>> buttons to navigate to the Corral. Select the new Recipe from the drop-down menu. Click Save to save your changes. Changing the Number of Head To access the Corral screen, Select the Corrals tab, or from the Main Menu, select Files, Corrals. To change the Number of Head, use the <<< Previous and Next >>> Buttons to navigate to the Corral. Change the Number of Head of entering the new Number of Head. Changing the number of head will automatically change the Feed Call. Click Save to save your changes. Changing the Feed Call To access the Corral screen, Select the Corrals tab, or from the Main Menu, select Files, Corrals. To change the Feed Call, use the <<< Previous and Next >>> buttons to navigate to the Corral. Change the Feed Call by entering the new call weight. Click Save to save your changes.
Corral. Select the System drop down, select Zone Control and then select On The zone control allows you to assign specific corrals to zones and to assign feed wagons to zones. This feature lets you split your farm into zones that are then processed by feed wagons assigned to that zone. If you select this feature, you must select the zones to assign in both the Corral and Wagon screens.

Please check for lipstick/chap stick marks and clean those off accordingly before putting glasses/cups away.  Wipe down outside of dishwasher, empty dishwasher food trap into trash and wash out.  Counters and sinks wiped down with the water and bleach solution.  If used, please wipe inside and out microwave oven; wall/warming ovens, inside the refrigerator and refrigerator door.  Run garbage disposal in large double sink by dishwashing machine to clear food waste (Please do not put any food waste in small sinks).  Wipe out Alto-Shaam (Warming Ovens) and clean food trays if used.  Rinse out any Dish Tubs.  Empty any tubs of excess ice outside, if used.  Sweep floor of food debris.  Empty large trash bin into the dumpster (if feasible). If not please notify front desk. B BQ’s:  Make sure propane is turned off after use  Clean grill racks with wire brush and wipe up any spills /food debris from the BBQ  Leave outside to cool.  Please check with Front Desk regarding storage of cold and cleaned BBQ’s PATIO:  Return outdoor umbrellas and furniture to original positions.  Wipe down outdoor furniture if spills have occurred.  Dispose of trash/food waste and cigarette butts in trash receptacles. The following applies if any food and/or beverages have been served in these rooms: GREAT ROOM:  Wipe down tables with bleach /water solution. (Located under the sink in the kitchen next to the coffee maker).  If linens have been used or rented, please shake off any food debris in trash receptacles and place linens in mesh bags provided. Sorting by color or type is not necessary.  Notify front desk of any beverage spills as soon as they occur.  Empty any trash receptacles into large trash can in kitchen and then empty that into the dumpster (if feasible). If not please notify front desk.  Sweep/Vacuum carpet of any food debris. (These items are located in the cupboard next to Men’s restroom.

  • Overtime Banking Employees desiring to bank overtime may elect to do so under the following criteria: * The half time associated to overtime may be banked up to a total of 24 hours per calendar year. This limit may be replenished throughout the year. * Banked time must be taken in full day increments or the employee may elect to receive the pay. * Employees must have cleared or be scheduled to clear their hours account by December 15. If the account is not cleared then the employee will be paid the balance in cash. * Payment will be based on the current rate of pay at the time the banked time is used. * Time off must be requested in advance, unless bona fide illness. (Company will monitor) * Time off will be subject to Company service requirements and no additional cost to the Company. * Implementation of the Overtime Banking arrangement will be subject to the development of an appropriate computer system.

  • Laundry Uniforms provided by the Employer to employees will be laundered by the Employer.
