Corpus Christi. We own a 50% interest in Eagle Ford Terminals, which is currently developing a terminal in Corpus Christi, Texas that will be capable of loading ocean going vessels at a rate of 20,000 barrels per hour. Initial storage capacity of the terminal will be 1.2 million barrels. The facility will have access to production from both the Eagle Ford and the Permian Basin through the Eagle Ford joint venture pipeline and is expected to be placed in service in 2018. Enterprise owns the remaining 50% interest in Eagle Ford Terminals.
Corpus Christi. The Christi Space shall be the same or substantially equivalent in size and accommodations to the space that Ohmstede currently occupies at the Corpus Christi Facility and HMT shall be permitted to perform the same or substantially the same activities and operations at the Corpus Christi Facility as [ISS] has performed at such facility during the past twelve (12) months with respect to the Business. There will be no separate monthly charge to HMT for the rights provided to HMT pursuant to this Section 4.5(c). The parties acknowledge and agree that the value of the rights provided to HMT in this subsection shall be part of and included with the 1960 Net Amount (as defined below).
