CORPORATION RESPONSIBILITIES. 3.1. CORPORATION shall render services and shall utilize, and cooperate with the City Manager or designee of the CITY, to coordinate a work program consisting of project development and implementation, program administration, and the preparation of plans and reports.
3.2. CORPORATION shall manage and administer the District work program as detailed in Exhibit A “Annual Report” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
3.3. CORPORATION shall submit to the CITY project plans and reports, including the following:
3.3.1. Mid-Year Report: By the 15th day of January, submit a mid-year progress and financial report to the City on activities from July 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
CORPORATION RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION AND OPERATION. Corporation shall be fully responsible for developing, implementing, directing, and operating the District programs, improvements or activities as described in the Management District Plan set forth in Attachment 1, attached hereto and incorporated fully by reference. Corporation understands and expressly agrees that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations and maintain its non-profit status for the duration of this agreement.
