Corporate Tenant. If Tenant is a corporation, the person(s) executing this lease on behalf of Tenant hereby covenant and warrant that: Tenant is a duly formed corporation qualified to do business in the state in which the Property is located and such persons are duly authorized by such corporation to execute and deliver this Lease on behalf of the corporation.
