Common use of Corporate Resolution Clause in Contracts

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of Synalloy, Metchem, Synalloy Metals and Manufacturers Soap authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank.

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of Synalloy, Metchem, Synalloy Metals and Manufacturers Soap the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank.

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of Synalloy, Metchem, Synalloy Metals and Manufacturers Soap the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank. Articles of Incorporation: A copy of the Articles or Certificate of Incorporation and all other charter documents of the Borrower, all filed with and certified by the Secretary of State of the State of the Borrower’s incorporation.

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of Synalloy, Metchem, Synalloy Metals and Manufacturers Soap Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank(defined below).

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by from the Board of Directors of Synalloy, Metchem, Synalloy Metals and Manufacturers Soap the Borrower authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank. 1.13.

Corporate Resolution. A Corporate Resolution duly adopted by the Board of Directors of Synalloy, Metchem, Synalloy Metals Borrower and Manufacturers Soap each corporate Guarantor authorizing the execution, delivery, and performance of the Loan Documents on or in a form provided by or acceptable to Bank.
