Corporate Rating. The Borrower will deliver to the Administrative Agent notice of any change by a Rating Agency in its credit or corporate rating promptly upon the effectiveness of such change.
Corporate Rating. The Lead Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts (i) to cause Topco to maintain a corporate credit rating (but not any specific rating) from S&P and a corporate family rating (but not any specific rating) from Moody’s, in each case with respect to Topco and (ii) [reserved].
