Corporate Rates. The employer shall make arrangements where possible for employees to receive corporate rates for a community health club/programme at all Centres. The employer will inform the employees of any changes to corporate rates at the start of each Academic year.

Corporate Rates. Hotel agrees to offer Account employees, customers, agents or representatives, as identified by Account (“Account Guests”), a discounted room rate as set forth below for the applicable available room type offered at the time of reservation (“the Corporate Rate”), as set forth below. Account Guests must be identified as Account Guests that wish to use the Corporate Rates for business travel at the time of reservation. The Corporate Rates are subject to any applicable taxes, which are currently 12%, applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of an Account Guest’s stay. The Corporate Rates, along with any additional special concessions, will apply as follows: Room Type Single and Double Occupancy Room Rate: STANDARD KING $109 DOUBLE QUEEN $109 Other Amenities: Complimentary WiFi and Complimentary Breakfast Check-in and Check-out Times: Check – in: 12pm Check – out: 3pm The Corporate Rates established in this Agreement apply to transient travelers only, and are not applicable to groups that require ten (10) or more rooms on peak night(s). Account acknowledges that such group room blocks must be contracted via a Group Sales Agreement, and the Corporate Rates will not apply to such group room blocks. Account agrees to provide Hotel with the opportunity to bid on any of Account’s group meetings or events held within the local area.

Related to Corporate Rates

  • Base Rates Attached to and made a part of this Agreement is Appendix A which sets forth the straight-time hourly rates for all employees covered by this Agreement.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • FIXED RATES If a fixed rate is in this Agreement, it is based on an estimate of the costs for the period covered by the rate. When the actual costs for this period are determined, an adjustment will be made to a rate of a future year(s) to compensate for the difference between the costs used to establish the fixed rate and actual costs.

  • Exchange Rates Notwithstanding the foregoing, for purposes of any determination under Section 9, Section 10 or Section 11 or any determination under any other provision of this Agreement expressly requiring the use of a current exchange rate, all amounts incurred, outstanding, or proposed to be incurred or outstanding in currencies other than Dollars shall be translated into Dollars at the Spot Rate; provided, however, that for purposes of determining compliance with Section 10 with respect to the amount of any Indebtedness, Restricted Investment, Lien, Asset Sale, or Restricted Payment in a currency other than Dollars, no Default or Event of Default shall be deemed to have occurred solely as a result of changes in rates of exchange occurring after the time such Indebtedness, Lien or Restricted Investment is incurred or Asset Sale or Restricted Payment made; provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing provisions of this Section 1.6 shall otherwise apply to such Sections, including with respect to determining whether any Indebtedness, Lien, or Investment may be incurred or Asset Sale or Restricted Payment made at any time under such Sections. For purposes of any determination of Consolidated Total Debt or Consolidated First Lien Secured Debt, amounts in currencies other than Dollars shall be translated into Dollars at the currency exchange rates used in preparing the most recently delivered Section 9.1

  • Alternative Index In the event that the Index for any Mortgage Loan, as specified in the related Mortgage Note, becomes unavailable for any reason, the Master Servicer shall select an alternative index, which in all cases shall be an index that constitutes a qualified rate on a regular interest under the REMIC Provisions, in accordance with the terms of such Mortgage Note or, if such Mortgage Note does not make provision for the selection of an alternative index in such event, the Master Servicer shall, subject to applicable law, select an alternative index based on information comparable to that used in connection with the original Index and, in either case, such alternative index shall thereafter be the Index for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Discount Rates The discount rates applied to <<customer_name>> purchases of BellSouth Telecommunications Services for the purpose of resale shall be as set forth in Exhibit A. Such discounts have been determined by the applicable Commission to reflect the costs avoided by BellSouth when selling a service for wholesale purposes.
