Corporate Property. Executive agrees that all products, creations, know-how or procedures conceived, invented, discovered, utilized or executed by the Executive during his employment are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Employer, and will not be divulged, published, revealed, or made available by him to any person not employed by Employer or any firm, institution, corporation or entity not controlled by controlling, or under the common control with Employer and in this regard, Executive hereby assigns to the Employer any and all right, title, and interest he has or may have therein.
Corporate Property. Provider understands that METCARE has developed, considerable investment, an active business entity which deems the Members who have selected METCARE Participating Providers for primary care services, as well as METCARE's contracts, manuals, advertising and marketing materials, and other corporate property ("Property") are of substantial value to METCARE and Provider hereby acknowledges METCARE's interest in such Property.

Executive agrees that on or before the Officer Termination Date, he will return to Employer all property of Employer or its Affiliates in his possession including, but not limited to, keys, access cards, identification cards, credit cards, files (including files pertaining to potential acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic opportunities), records, publications, customer or vendor lists, computers, telephones or other electronic devices and any reports or compendia made by Executive or any other person concerning Employer or its business or prospects and any copies in any format of any of the foregoing.
Corporate Property. (i) All items of inventory of the Uwatec Entities are owned by the Uwatec Entities and are of quality and quantity usable and saleable by the Uwatec Entities in the ordinary course of business within one year, except those listed in Exhibit 1 as Excess Inventory.

Sladkus has not, nor to the best of his knowledge after due inquiry has anyone else, removed from the past or current premises of Deerfield any lists, records, books, files, drawings, designs, computer software or data, or any other related property or things belonging to Deerfield. Nor does Sladkus or, to the best of his knowledge after due inquiry does anyone else, have in his/their possession or under his/their control any lists, records, books, files, drawings, designs, computer software or data, or any other related property or things belonging to Deerfield.
Corporate Property. Executive shall return any and all property of MPG or any of its subsidiaries, on or before the Separation Date.
Corporate Property. The Employer owns and leases property ranging from vehicles, computers, copiers, to furniture. No employee shall dispose of these items without approval from their supervisor. Employees shall not use corporate property for non-company business.
Corporate Property. Executive hereby represents and covenants that as of the date of this Agreement he has returned all documents, keys, credit cards (without further use thereof), and all other items which are the property of the Company and/or which contain Confidential Information; and, in the case of documents, has returned any and all materials of any kind and in whatever medium evidenced, including, without limitation, all hard disk drive data, diskettes, microfiche, photographs, negatives, blueprints, printed materials, tape recordings and videotapes.
Corporate Property. The Corporation hereby assigns and transfers to you all rights, title and interest in any computers and related peripheral equipment and accessories and the cellular phone that you have in your possession.
