Corporate Governance: Management of the Company. The Company is managed, as of the date hereof, by the Managing Director[s] (the “Company’s​ Management”)​. The Company’s Management shall be responsible for the management of the Company and – as long as the Company’s Management provides services to the Company – shall devote their entire time and attention to the Company and not undertake any secondary activities without the consent of Shareholders holding at least 75% of shares entitled to vote (the “Shareholders’​ Majority”)​.
