Common use of Corporate and Other Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Corporate and Other Proceedings. All corporate and other proceedings, and all documents, instruments and other legal matters in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to the Administrative Agent.
