Core Responsibilities. ● Responsible for the efficient management of the multi-location Services, and Operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory compliance/ procedures. ● Promoting consistency, continuity and cooperation amongst the production units and assisting in establishing, monitoring and delivering measurable results based on the company’s strategic plan. ● Overall accountability for effective operations and sales levels that meet external and internal stakeholder requirements along with proactive business plan execution that results in meeting the financial goals of the company’s strategic plan. ● Manages subordinates’ production priorities and performance objectives by mentoring, coaching and providing performance feedback based on the implementation and achievement of the financial goals of the company. ● Accountable for the financial success of through the fiscal management of all its units, the development of financial margin controls, budget and project risk management, the adherence to production standards and the management of strict financial guidelines for projects.
Core Responsibilities. In addition to each Party’s responsibilities in this Section 6 or otherwise in the Agreement the core responsibilities of the Parties is to provide the services relevant to their role in the PEPPOL Transport Infrastructure as defined through Annex 3, Annex 4, Annex 5 and Annex 6.
Core Responsibilities. Consultant’s core responsibilities in performing the Industry Service shall include: · Strategic oversight of concessions planning, budgeting, and execution, · P&L accountability for transportation retail activations; · Representation of the Company with operators, developers, authorities and key industry stakeholders; · Supporting and guiding the Company’s MBE/SBE/ACDBE certification and compliance efforts; · Leading concept development and procurement strategy for major retail and hospitality activations; and · Contributing to experiential buildouts, menu strategy and product curation. In addition, Consultant shall collaborate directly with the Company’s executive team (including the AB) to define operational standards, align project objectives with financial targets and otherwise ensure cultural authenticity across brand implementations.
Core Responsibilities. Core shall use commercially reasonable efforts, consistent with the Development Plan and within the Development Expense Cap, to implement the Development Plan with respect to:
(a) Target [***]:
(i) complete [***];
(ii) manufacture, release, and complete stability analysis of clinical and registration batches of Target [***];
(iii) conduct the necessary [***];
(iv) produce final clinical, pharmaceutical development and stability reports;
(v) develop, in conjunction with corresponding documentation in NDA submission-ready format reasonably acceptable to King, a drug product, which at a minimum meets the definition of Target [***]; and
(vi) compile, file, prosecute and obtain approval of the NDA for Target [***], provided, however, that upon King’s written request Core shall immediately transfer all right title and interest in and to the NDA, as well as all documents, studies, work papers, work product (in any form or format), third party contracts, or other assets related to the NDA (either prior to filing with the FDA, or post filing with the FDA), and execute all documents necessary or requested by FDA to transfer ownership of the NDA and related matters to King, and to have King designated as the primary contact for all future communications with FDA related to the NDA for Target [***].
(b) Target [***]:
(i) undertake an experimental program for Target [***] that constitutes Proof of Concept;
(ii) upon achievement of Successful Proof of Concept for Target [***] and in accordance with and subject to Section 2.1, collaborate with King to establish a target product profile that will become Target [***] and a Development Plan to achieve such target product profile, for Core’s provision of Development Services in connection with the Development Plan for Target [***]; and
(iii) upon King’s approval of the Development Plan for Target [***], provide Development Services to King for Target [***] in accordance with the Development Plan and within the applicable budget to develop, in conjunction with corresponding documentation in NDA submission-ready format reasonably acceptable to King, a drug product, which at a minimum meets the definition of Target [***]. Such Development Services shall include, but not be limited to, production of clinical and registration batches of Target [***], and such reasonable assistance as King may require to successfully file and prosecute the NDA for Target [***].
Core Responsibilities. Oversight of all teaching and learning practices within the Faculty of responsibility. These include responsibility and review of all teaching programs, units of work, assessment schedules and scope and sequences. Review of all NESA updates and discharging responsibilities relating to the Head of Faculty. Disseminating information from Heads of Faculty meetings to all faculty members and liaising directly with the College Leadership Team regarding specific Faculty matters. Provide support and leadership to all members of the Faculty and conduct fortnightly Faculty meetings. Ensure all Professional Development, Student Behaviour Committee and change to Student Pattern of Study applications (where appropriate) are processed. Ensure all Edumate matters specific to the Faculty are reviewed and actioned correctly. Liaise with the College Accountant regarding budget matters specific to the Faculty of responsibility. Liaise with the Buildings and Grounds Supervisor regarding any maintenance issues specific to the Faculty of responsibility. Maintain appropriate equipment maintenance and record keeping processes within the Faculty.
Core Responsibilities. 4.4.1 Thirty (30) hours per week for student engagement and support.
4.4.1.1 Student engagement and support may include (as documented in 4.4.1.2.)
4.4.1.2 All core responsibilities should be provided on College approved technology resources.
4.4.2 An average of seven and one-half (7.5) hours per week of College Service.
4.4.2.1 College Service shall include but not be limited to approved: ● Team meetings ● Professional development ● Other college activities that are not related to student engagement ● Committee meetings not be paid by stipend
4.4.3 The number of hours of student engagement and college service may be modified, in advance, by mutual agreement of the ▇▇▇▇ or designee and faculty member based on the needs of students and/or college program.
4.4.3.1 Changes in the schedule shall be preapproved and documented appropriately by the ▇▇▇▇ or designee.
4.4.4 Core Responsibilities do not include
4.4.4.1 Activities related to conducting Union business or concerted activities
4.4.4.2 Academic Senate activities or meetings
4.4.4.3 Special Projects that are paid by an additional stipend
4.4.4.4 Any duties that are being paid by stipend or additional Compensation
4.4.4.5 Other activities not listed in 4.4 and not approved by the ▇▇▇▇ or through negotiated agreement..
Core Responsibilities. The role of the Focal Minister is locally determined, and many will have other licensed or authorised roles, but Focal Ministers have core ministry responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities. The Treasurer's core responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to:
a) Monthly reconciliation of district funds to ensure accuracy and accountability.

c) Sharing of the monthly updates with the Board of Education in a timely manner.
Core Responsibilities. 1.1 Participate in the provision of daily biomedical engineering services to the departments of Radiation Oncology and Radiology.
1.2 Participate in the roster necessary to prepare all Radiation Oncology machines for clinical use including public holidays and out of hours emergencies as required by the Department of Radiation Oncology.
1.3 Participate in the preventative maintenance service of the hospital's Radiation Oncology and Radiology equipment as determined by the preventative maintenance schedules developed in-house and as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
1.4 Participate in the frontline service of Radiation Oncology's data and imaging network including servers, desktop computers, laptops and peripherals.
1.5 Participate in maintenance of the hospitals spares holding for both Radiation Oncology and Radiology.
1.6 Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of the software applications used to deliver Radiation Oncology core services.
1.7 Assist in developing Quality Assurance programs, protocols and procedures to ensure the highest standard of service delivery.
1.8 Attend special training courses interstate and overseas as determined by the needs of Radiation Oncology and Radiology.
1.9 Provide training and educational workshops for Radiation Oncology, Radiology and Technical staff as required.
1.10 Assist with the commissioning and acceptance testing of newly installed and upgraded equipment.
1.11 Maintain expertise in the use and care of specialised test and service equipment.
1.12 Maintain up to date documentation pertaining to mandatory upgrades, safety alerts, technical literature, service records and breakdown history of all Radiation Oncology and Radiology equipment.
1.13 Participate as required in the provision of an "On call" service to Radiation Oncology.
1.14 Other duties as directed.
