Copyrights and Trade Secrets. The FRANCHISOR's materials for CMO development and the materials for the patient membership kit, newsletters, physician and membership lists, physician materials, insurance carrier materials, marketing materials, and other written materials will be provided to the CMO for restricted use in the business development of the CMO and the promotion of the CMO and health care and medical services to the patient membership. These materials are proprietary and confidential to the FRANCHISOR and are subject to protection under the law as copyright and trade secrets. The use and reproduction of these materials is strictly limited by the express written permission of the FRANCHISOR, and any unauthorized use or reproduction of these materials is strictly prohibited by law. The CMO will be provided specific written guidelines in the MANUAL for the use and reproduction of any materials provided by the FRANCHISOR in connection with the Franchise Agreement between the FRANCHISOR and the CMO.
Copyrights and Trade Secrets. Under Your (including, to the extent to which You have the power to do so, Your Affiliates’) applicable copyrights and trade secret rights which You currently have or may acquire in the future, to:
(a) incorporate any and all Contributions provided by You hereunder into current and future versions of the Output;
(b) copy, disclose and distribute the Contributions provided by You as part of the Spec for Community Review and Public Review and as part of the early access versions of the RI and TCK; and
(c) copy, modify, develop (including the right to authorize others to implement your Con- tributions when such Contributions are incorporated into the Spec), disclose and distribute the Contributions provided by You, all as part of the Output, on terms consistent with those specified in Section 5 below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that works created by employees of the Federal Government are not subject to copyright protection within the United States and may be copied or used by interested parties.

c. copy, modify, develop (including the right to authorize others to implement Your and/or Your Employee Member(s) Contributions when such Contributions are incorporated into the Specification), disclose and distribute the Contributions provided by You and/or Your Employee Member(s), all as part of the Output, on terms consistent with those specified in Section 5 below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that works created by employees of the Federal Government are not subject to copyright protection within the United States and may be copied or used by interested parties.

Copyrights and Trade Secrets. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Including Section 8.3, Intel hereby grants to Mobileye and its Affiliates a world-wide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable (except as permitted by Section 18.3 (Assignment)) license under Intel’s Trade Secret Rights and Copyrights to:
(a) Radar Technology, to the extent to which it:
(i) was disclosed by Intel to the Radar Team prior to their employment by Mobileye; or
(ii) is physically or electronically delivered to Mobileye by Intel under this Agreement for the purposes of the Mobileye Sensor Product; and
(b) Transitional Radar Technology; (together, “Licensed Technology”) to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, and distribute and disclose (but in each case only as embodied in the Mobileye Sensor Product or to subcontractors under Section 2.9), the Licensed Technology for the development and Permitted Use of the Mobileye Sensor Product. Intel Radar Technology which is created under this Section 9.5.1 will be deemed to become Licensed Technology for the purposes of the license in this Section 9.5.1.

(a) incorporate any and all Contributions provided by You hereunder into current and future versions of the Output;

(c) copy, modify, develop (including the right to authorize others to implement your Con- tributions Contributions when such Contributions are incorporated into the Spec), disclose and distrib- ute the ContributionsContributions provided by You, all as part of the Output, on terms consistent with those specified in Section 5 below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that works created by employees of the Fed- eral Federal Government are not subject to copyright protection within the United States and may be copied or used by interested parties.
Copyrights and Trade Secrets. You hereby grant to each Spec Lead (and, if different, Maintenance Lead) for each Expert Group for which You are not the Spec Lead, with respect to the Output of
(a) incorporate any and all Contributions provided by You hereunder into current and future versions of the Output (including, for Contributions incorporated into the Final Specification use in other future JSRs);
(b) copy, disclose and distribute the Contributions provided by You as part of the Spec for Early DraftCommunity Review, and Public Review and any other public draft and as part of the early access versions of the RI and TCK; and
(c) copy, modify, develop (including the right to authorize others to implement your Con- tributions when such Contributions are incorporated into the Spec), disclose and distribute the Contributions provided by You, all as part of the Output, on terms consistent with those specified in Section 5 below. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties acknowledge that works created by employees of the Federal Government are not subject to copyright protection within the United States and may be copied or used by interested parties.
Copyrights and Trade Secrets. Alta represents and warrants that none of the Custom Work Product, Embedded Software, services or deliverables provided by Alta under this Agreement (collectively the "Intellectual Property") will violate or infringe any copyright or the trade secrets of any third party, and Alta further represents and warrants that it is aware of no claim by any third party regarding the violation or infringement of any such copyright or trade secrets in the Intellectual Property.

(a) incorporate any and all Contribution(s) provided by you hereunder into current and future versions of the JSR Specification, RI and TCK, which may include incorporation into additional JSRs and successors in accordance with the rules governing the JCP; and
(b) copy, modify, develop (including the right to authorize others to implement your Contribution(s) when such Contribution(s) are incorporated into a Specification), disclose and distribute such Contribution(s) provided by you as part of a JSR Specification, RI and TCK in accordance with the rules governing the JCP.
Copyrights and Trade Secrets. Distributor acknowledges and agrees that the Products are proprietary to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (and/or its licensors), and are secured by U.S. copyrights and certain international copyright treaties, and trade secret laws. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (and/or its Licensors) shall at all times retain title to the Products and in the applicable intellectual property rights vested in the Products. Except as specifically set forth herein, Distributor, Authorized Dealers and End Users do not acquire any ownership or intellectual property rights.
