COPYRIGHT NOTICES. Each party shall ensure that all copies of any software or other property in its possession or control incorporates all copyright and other proprietary notices in the same manner that the party owning the same incorporates such notices, or in any other manner reasonably requested by the owner. Each party shall promptly notify the other party in writing upon its discovery of any unauthorized use of a party’s property or the infringement of such party’s proprietary rights therein.
