Copy of Policy. At Owner’s request, Contractor shall promptly provide Owner certified copies of each of the insurance policies of Contractor, or if the policies have not yet been received by Contractor, then with binders of insurance, duly executed by the insurance agent, broker or underwriter fully describing the insurance coverages effected.
Copy of Policy. MBI shall, on written request, provide UHN with a copy of the insurance policy in force at the time of the request and this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

At Owner’s written request, Contractor shall promptly provide Owner valid copies of each of the Contractor Controlled Insurance Policies, the builder’s risk delayed startup insurance policy and the marine cargo delayed startup insurance policy procured by Contractor pursuant to this Attachment O, or if such policies have not yet been received by Contractor, then with binders of insurance, duly executed by the insurance agent, broker or underwriter fully describing the insurance coverages affected.
Copy of Policy. Avro shall, on written request, provide UHN with a copy of the insurance policy in force at the time of the request and this provision shall survive the termination of this Agreement for a period of [***].
Copy of Policy. TTI shall, on written request, provide Institutions with a copy of the insurance policy in force at the time of the request and this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Copy of Policy. The Licensee shall, on written request, provide UHN with a copy of the insurance policy in force at the time of the request and this provision shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Copy of Policy. Following the issuance of a Limited Notice to Proceed or the Full Notice Proceed, as applicable, and the inception of the respective insurance policies in accordance with such Limited Notice to Proceed, or Appendix MM following the Full Notice to Proceed, as applicable, Contractor shall promptly provide Owner certified copies of each of the insurance policies of Contractor, or if the policies have not yet been received by Contractor, then with binders of insurance, duly executed by the insurance agent, broker or underwriter fully describing the insurance coverages effected.
Copy of Policy. If requested, a current copy of any of the insurance --------------- policies required under this Agreement shall be provided to Kreisler by RCC. RCC represents and warrants that, except as described in detail in Exhibit "B", attached and made a part hereof for all purposes, RCC is not the subject of or a party to any claim, demand, mediation, arbitration, lawsuit, or judgment as would threaten availability of the insurance coverage required under this Agreement. RCC shall promptly update the information on Exhibit "B" whenever a material change in said information occurs.
Copy of Policy. A copy of the Zero Tolerance Drug and Alcohol Policy is available to all Officers and may be obtained from the Human Resource Office.
