Copy of Collective Agreement. The Board and Union desire every teacher and administrator to be familiar with the provisions of this Collective Agreement and their rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Board will provide every Haida Gwaii School District teacher and administrator with an electronic copy of this Collective Agreement within fifteen (15) days following proof-reading of the Collective Agreement, as mutually agreed by the parties, after the conclusions of negotiation. The Board will also provide three (3) coil bound copies at each teacher worksite for the staffroom, the staff representative, and the office. The Board shall supply an electronic copy of the Collective Agreement to all teachers and TTOCs, and a coil bound copy upon request. Costs shall be shared 50/50 by the Board and the Union.
Copy of Collective Agreement. Each member of the Service shall be issued a copy of the applicable Collective Agreement for their Bargaining Unit. The Board and the Association agree that each will pay half the associated cost. (1998)
Copy of Collective Agreement. 1. The Board shall make the Collective Agreement available on the district website. Printed copies of the Collective Agreement will be made available upon a teacher’s request. Printed copies of the Collective Agreement will be provided no later than 45 days after the provincial parties make it available.
Copy of Collective Agreement. The Board shall make available a copy of the Agreement to each member of the bargaining unit.
Copy of Collective Agreement. 1. The Board shall provide printed copies of this Collective Agreement to the Local for each teacher within 45 days of ratification, or a mutually agreed upon extension, and to newly hired teachers upon acceptance of a position with the District.
Copy of Collective Agreement. 26.1 The party processing the collective agreement shall supply an electronic copy of the collective agreement to the other party for review no later than sixty (60) days following ratification. The other party shall review the copy of the collective agreement and present required amendments, errors and or omissions to the originating party. Upon completion of a final copy of the Collective Agreement, the parties shall meet for the purpose of signing copies. The reasonable cost of printing the collective agreement shall be shared equally by the parties.
Copy of Collective Agreement. All new employees shall be provided with a copy of the Collective Agreement by a Union representative during the course of the employee's orientation process (Article 5.03) upon entering employment of the Ambulance Service.
Copy of Collective Agreement. 42.1 Copies of the Collective Agreement will be made available electronically to each member. Two hundred (200) hard copies of the Collective Agreement will be provided to the members. The Board and the Association agree that each will pay half the associated cost.
